I really think that Ramen, Japanese noodle soup, is one of the most revolutionary invention.
Ramen is Japanese culture.
Only just a bowl of noodle soup but there cook's heart and soul is in it.
There are so many Ramen shops that I can recommend.
But this time I will introduce GENEI.WAGAN.
It is a Ramen shop which requires advance reservation.

what's amazing is that every time you go you will get new soup of Ramen.
So it was the third time for me I got the third soup, but friend had a diffrent one that I had in the first time.
Strongly recommend you that you should leave the soup a little for TAMAGO KAKE GOHAN(boild rice with egg on the top).
Once you eat half of the rice with the egg, then put the soup you left.
