It is absolutely necessary can not live without the Item, Seal (=Inkan or Hanko)

It is the time to do final tax return, it is too much bother to do that.
Japanese Government office try to make it too complicated and their explanations are so unintelligible to puts me off..
I can not think of anything but that.

Unfortunately, If you don't have Japanese surname there is no Hanko for you.
